Agropecuaria Produza S.A.
Located in the Itakyry district, 100km north of Ciudad del Este, Produza ranch is proof that working in harmony with a healthy and pleasant environment is possible. In 2012, the planting of CHIA began, which today, together with soybeans, are the main crops on the property. Concentrating most of the studies, developments and investments.

ENVIRONMENTAL AND SOCIAL CONSCIOUSNESS
The well-being of our collaborators is essential. It is with this ideal that we always seek to obtain the most modern machinery so that they can work with comfort and efficiency, we constantly improve our structures, we allocate several premises for recreational activities such as a sports field, an area for fishing and a barbecue area for holidays.
We have individual houses for collaborators who have a family and a pension for those who are single. We encourage them to raise birds and grow vegetables, a way to prepare them for other areas and the freedom to produce delicious, healthy foods.

AGRICULTURE
The agricultural sector continues to be
involved in the ideal of growing in harmony
with the environment and to make this possible
some measures were adopted, to mention some
of them we can say that currently the new machinery
and implements have been acquired after a search of
those that produce less emissions of gases that cause
pollution. We can also highlight the protection of
water channels, and protection strips of natural habitat of fauna and
flora, which are all interlinked within the ranch.
As summer crops we mention SOYBEANS AND CORN.
As winter crops CHIA, CORN ZAFRIÑA, WHEAT,
SORGHUM and CANOLA.
And also crops used to improve organic matter
and soil structure such as: OATS,
FORAGE TURNIP AND MILLETO.
CATTLE RAISING
In the livestock sector we work on fattening animals with early genetics, mainly crosses with the Nelore breed. We do the development in the field and the completion in confinement. Seeking to offer the market the best possible quality. For this, the fattening stage is essential, where adequate animal nutrition must receive special attention along with the fattening and resting place.
REFORESTATION
The property has a considerable amount of eucalyptus trees,
a product of reforestation. In addition to the
long-term commercial objective for the exploitation of wood,
we use thinning for the production of FIREWOOD,
which supplies our silo and also
internal and external distributors of
packaged firewood for domestic consumption in
grills and ovens. In
this way we respect
the natural forests,
as well as the
water channels and the fauna
present in
them.
