Our family business has changed significantly over time. We started in 1905 as a small village cheese dairy, but we now produce on state-of-the-art equipment and export to numerous countries around the world. And together with our approximately 450 employees, we continue to develop new, creative ideas for our cheese specialties. But a few things have remained the same. The milk still comes from surrounding farms. Our master cheese makers still produce regional, natural and high-quality products with a lot of experience and passion. And for us everything still revolves around Camembert – the basis for almost all of our products such as Baked Camembert, Obazda and Camembert Creme.
