History
Agugiaro & Figna Molini is the tangible example of far-sighted entrepreneurship. It was born from the meeting of two historic families of the milling art: the Molino Agugiaro founded in 1831 in Curtarolo (PD) and the Molino Figna founded in 1874 in Valera (PR). The first already built a modern milling plant dedicated to the production of semi-finished products in the 1990s. While in 1985 Alberto Figna founded ITG (Italiana Trasporti su Gomma SrL), and in 1997 he acquired Molini Fagioli of Perugia. In 2003, the industrial aggregation project between the two historic families of millers was implemented through the establishment of a new company, Agugiaro & Figna molini spa. Today, we are the leading Italian group for the milling of soft wheat, with factories in Collecchio ( PR), Curtarolo (PD), Magione (PG), each specializing in a specific production.
