The production facilities of our company are located in the city of Khmilnyk, Vinnytsia region. Due to modern equipment, we ensure a high level of quality of our product herewith by providing a minimally harmful effects on the environment.
We strive to increase capacity and to improve production.
Currently the plant capacity is more than 400 tons of lecithin per month. Our 3 production and standardization lines are tuned to control different parameters.

APPLICATION OF LECITHIN
What is Lecithin
Lecithin makes it possible to obtain stable emulsions in oil-water systems. This food additive (code E322) is widely used in the food industry in the production of chocolate and chocolate glaze (to reduce their viscosity in the oral cavity and as an antioxidant that prevents aging of products), in confectionery, bakery and pasta products, margarine, mayonnaise, pastries bakery and confectionery products, wafers, as well as in production fat-water emulsions for greasing forms and plates.
The product does not contain genetically modified organismsMicrobiological indicators and the content of heavy metals of the product correspond to European standards.
