We make broccoli hummus, broccoli guacamole, and broccoli soup, all using the stalk (everyone knows the stem often gets the raw end of the deal, and ends up thrown in the garbage can, even though it features the exact same benefits as the heads and florets)

We grow brassicas like broccoli, cauliflower, kale, cabbage, fennel, and other vegetables too. Always in Spain, always using responsible practices that are environmentally friendly.
Our project seeks to breathe new life into those vegetable parts that might be a little ugly or less than perfect, but that have the same nutritional value and amazing flavor.
