Agrupacion de Cooperativas Valle del Jerte - FRUIT
The Group of Cooperatives “Valle del Jerte” , Sdad. Coop. Ltda. is a 2nd Degree Cooperative made up of fifteen member Cooperatives, all of them located in the Valle del Jerte y la Vera Region , in the North of the Province of Cáceres, Extremadura.
The Group of Cooperatives, which was established as an intercooperative consortium at the beginning of the sixties, has a long cooperative experience, considering itself a pioneer in agrarian associationism within Extremadura.
At the end of 1985, it became an Association of Agricultural Producers and a decade later, an Organization of Fruit and Vegetable Producers.
PROCESSES
We control the entire process, from fruit harvesting, classification, packaging, storage and distribution.
FRUIT
Fresh fruits are gaining importance year after year, such as plums and other small fruits.
TRADE
We are dedicated to marketing all the agricultural products of the associated cooperatives
PREPARED
We have the latest technology in machinery to make natural and high-quality preparations.
