Aceto Balsamico del Duca represents the experience of five generations , which using original family recipes with constant dedication, creates an excellence with an inimitable taste, appreciated all over the world.
Aceto Balsamico del Duca is history and this is demonstrated by the registration in 1891 in the register of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Modena . It was precisely in that year, in fact, that Adriano Grosoli opened the Premiata Salumeria and began selling food specialties of his own production: cured meats, sausages, cheeses, Lambrusco and Balsamic Vinegar.
